Our poor two year old who has been waiting 3 months to receive his "big boy" bed, night stand, and dresser is very concerned that his room does not have a bed for him to sleep in. This is the fault of the lousy customer service and delivery department of Belfort. We bought this furniture (payed in full) nearly 3 months ago. We got a call the day before the delivery with a two hour window (3:30-5:30). We changed all plans with family to make sure we would be here for the delivery. At 5:40, my husband called to find out where the furniture was and the person told him that they have 3 hour windows and not 2. The person assured us it would be here by 6:30. It never showed and we never got a phone call explaining why. My husband called the next morning and found out they weren't planning on delivering it.
