Bought over $2600 in appliances from Sargent last month and I have never received such horrible customer service. They didn't call the morning of delivery with a delivery time. When I called to find out a deliver time, they could give me a time. When they did call they said they would be there in half an hour and they showed up an hour and a half later. The appliances were delivered in a pick-up truck which to my best guess is why both the washing machine and refrigerator were scratched/damaged. \r
The day after the delivery I was cleaning my laundry room when I noticed the brand new vinyl flooring was torn when the delivery man moved my washing machine once it was off the dolly. When I called to report this damage I was told by a warehouse employee that his men said they didn't damage floor so I must have done it.\r
After dealing with several different people I finally received an apology for the damage and my treatment. Sargent tried to make things right by providing one item of
