My wife had been unable to start the car while out running some errands. The car was towed to A&A. All they found wrong with it was that it was out of gas. Unbelievably, they initially were going to charge $120 for diagnostics -- a reputable business would have just notified us of this minor issue without charge. I had to argue them down to $82. Not to be trusted.
