Ripoff 10/13/2011

My wife had been unable to start the car while out running some errands. The car was towed to A&A. All they found wrong with it was that it was out of gas. Unbelievably, they initially were going to charge $120 for diagnostics -- a reputable business would have just notified us of this minor issue without charge. I had to argue them down to $82. Not to be trusted. more

Would not recommend. 8/25/2011

The aftermarket part they installed alternator ($275) failed within 3 months. They would not re imburse for the part and I was unwilling to pay for more work at their shop. I would not recommend and have filed a complaint with AAA and this auto repair place. more
