I've gone here for many years. Before going there when my children were sick, I'd call the pediatrician's office at about 8:00 when they opened, & wait until noon for the nurse to call me back and then get in to see the pediatrician at about 4:00 and then get to the pharmacy around 6:00 and get home around 8:00 p.m. with a sick child all day. \r

Here it's different. No appointments are needed. I can come in at 8:00 when they open and get out of there by 9:00 and to the pharmacy and home before noon. Sick children are feeling better by that evening or the next morning because I'm able to be seen so much faster than going to my regular pediatrician. \r

All of the doctors there are knowledgeable and friendly. One will even makes a balloon for my children out of a glove. My children aren't scared of the doctors here.\r

I've also gone to other immediate cares and the wait here is usually much less than at others I've been to.
