I've never had any problems with anyone at Laptops and More. I've been going to them for at least six years whenever I have problems with my computer. They are always friendly, honest and easy to work with. As for the $30 they charged Chester below, they tell you up front what their cost is to look at your computer to see what servicing is required and if there is something they can fix they include it in the overall cost to repair it. I find them to be knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I will continue to take my computer there whenever I run into a problem.
