Best Laptop Store Around 2/7/2012

I was having trouble with a laptop that I bought from them in June, kept getting blue screened for no apparent reason. Took it in in December and they completely cleared it and reinstalled the OS for no charge. Unfortunately it started happening again when I was out of state, so I sent it home, and had it taken in to have it fixed again. When that didn't work they swapped it out for a brand new laptop (I just had to pay the price difference). The new laptop works amazingly well and I'm very happy with it. Pros: null Cons: null more

Knowledgeable and easy-to-work-with staff 10/29/2011

I've never had any problems with anyone at Laptops and More. I've been going to them for at least six years whenever I have problems with my computer. They are always friendly, honest and easy to work with. As for the $30 they charged Chester below, they tell you up front what their cost is to look at your computer to see what servicing is required and if there is something they can fix they include it in the overall cost to repair it. I find them to be knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I will continue to take my computer there whenever I run into a problem. more

Unsatisfactory computer sale 6/22/2008

We purchased a laptop computer from Laptops & More on E Bay. Not only did the machine not work as described prior to our purchase, Laptops & More strung us out, promising resolution to the matter, for more than 45 days, after which time, we were unable to receive a chargeback from PayPal. Their service was unacceptable and we would not recommend to anyone that they do business with the retailer. more
