This is our 8th godwin dump body we have purched thru donavans and have been satified with all there work. They have an excelent company. They have also done other work in plows. spring and front end alignment on all our trucks. This time on our 2011 chev dump there was a lake of communication between the sales and service where three things were not done correctly. I went down before the work was started to make sure it was clear what needed to be done. They were that the cut out for the window was not the same as it was with all our other trucks and to other electrical problems were not working. When i brought it to there attention they said they would fix it whitch is good and fine with me. the problem there was no attemt to compensate us for the time and expence getting to and fro from our shop an hour away.If i was not clear on what we wanted i would have understood but this time it was clear that things could have been done better.
