Donovan Equipment Co Inc. took my truck down and installed a brand new paint job and did body work. They did a very good job. I have used them for many years now. They're the only body shop in the area, but they do good work. They did everything on time; in fact they did it ahead of schedule. I have worked with Donovan Equipment Co Inc for 20 years. I have a construction company and buy my equipment from them. My workers and I have a good relationship with Bob and Harvey. With Donovan Equipment Co, everything went fine as far as the installation. There was a slight misunderstanding with one part for the truck, which we have now solved. Donovan Equipment Co Inc. did an excellent job for me. I went down there and talked to them about a body for a truck. They were very informative and knowledgeable. Donovan Equipment Co Inc installed a new 8' HD Fisher plow to my new truck. The installation was quick, and I felt very much at ease in their waiting area. This was my first experience with the product, so they took the time to familiarize me with the equipment after the installation. Overall, it was a very good experience. My experience with Donavan Equipment Co. was outstanding! Scott, who goes by the nickname Scooter, is an extremely talented and goes above and beyond any servicing that I have ever had. He really deserves to be commended on his work by Dovavan Equipment Co. and the manufacturer Fisher. I have never had a fellow do such an amazing a thorough job with everything. His neatness and completeness are astonishing. He didn't leave a finger print on anything. I am very particular and take a lot of pride in my equipment. I was extremely please. I have had a lot of installations done but never like this. No mechanic I have ever been to comes anywhere close to this. I wish they did other things. My vehicle looked like to came right out of a factory. I was absolutely astonished and can not say enough about Scott and this company! We've been using Donovan Equipment Co Inc for a number of years. I would say we've been doing business with them for 20 plus years now. They've always given us good products for a reasonable price. I think they have state of the art shops. They do a lot of stuff that nobody else can do, and they do it in a timely fashion. They're a quality outfit! Over the last couple of months I have been having light and intermittent power problems with my used Fisher V-plow that I recently purchased and had installed by a local guy in November. Never owning a plow before, I didn't know where to turn. I called three local companies to try to get parts. One strung me along for a week and then told me the part was out of stock. The other two never returned my call. I found Donovan Equipment after a search online for Fisher dealers and just want to say thanks to Jay in parts. He is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. I have called several times and explained my problem to him and each time he knew exactly what I needed. I've been a customer of Donovan Equipment Co Inc. for a long time, about two decades. They've provided me with body plows and a truck with hydraulics. I think their pricing is very fair. I bought a new truck from Donovan Equipment last year and recently, I just wanted to get a stainless steel plow, an 8 foot XBlade, so I called them to make the appointment--they took care of everything in little over three hours. They showed me how to use it in the parking lot as well. Everybody was friendly and courteous. more

I have a small plowing business and with economy as it is have some older equipment. I was getting water in my fisher plow reservoir and had the motor and reservoir replaced per Donovan's recommendation. The first storm the plow would not raise. I had to fix in the middle of the storm and found only three bolts holding the can and the unit was full of frozen water. I called the service manager and explained what happened and his response was " IT HAPPENS" its cold out things freeze. never apologized or offered to make it right even when I told him I lost an account over these issues. I took it to some one else and they found the broken drill bit still in the hole missing the screw and they had re-drilled another hole but it was off center and did not line up with the hole in the can. cost me another $150 to fix the job that cost me $500.00 at Donovan's. I can only figure the small business man doesn't count to such a large company. Our standard procedure when installing the reservoir is to screw it in as per the factory recommendations, not to drill. Unfortunately, without actually seeing how the work was done before someone else worked on it, there is no way for us to figure out what happened. Ideally, we wish you could have brought your truck back in for us to look at. Not only do we warranty our workmanship but we stand behind our work too, so we would have been happy to fix it for you at that time at no charge. Our goal is to provide the highest level of quality service with respect and fairness, we are greatly disappointed that we did not meet that goal during your visit and calls. I ordered a new truck body through Donovan Equipment Co Inc. I already knew what I wanted before going to them. It was a custom built body, so they had to order everything. My only issue was that they told me it would take four weeks for all of the necessary parts to come in. It ended up taking close to six weeks, and I had to be the one to call them to follow up. When the work was completed, however, everything looked immaculate. They did a really great service. If you are looking for top notch quality, this is the place to go. more

Donovan Equipment Company installed a 7'6" HT Fisher plow on my truck. I actually shopped around to see who I wanted to do it so I started on the internet and made some phone calls. Donovan's seemed like a large professional group who's done it a bunch of times. It went really well--couldn't have gone any better. There were no problems. When I was ready to buy a plow, I went to Donovan Equipment Co Inc. I already knew what I wanted, and they had it in stock. When they gave me a quote, they let me know that it would take no more than a week for everything to be installed, and they were completely correct. I brought my truck in on a Thursday morning, and by around 2:30pm, they called to let me know it was ready for pick up. They did a great, professional job. I needed a plow to be installed on my brand new pickup truck for my small commercial business. I learned of Donovan Equipment Co Inc from the Fisher website. They were local to where I live and where my business is, so it was very convenient. I went to visit them, see the product, and talk with them. I talked to the mechanic, and he understood that because this was a brand new truck, I was very sensitive to anyone tacking up the front bumper. He assured me that it would be done expertly. I was happy with the price they gave me, so I scheduled everything right there. I dropped my truck off a week later, and they told me it would take three hours. They gave me a call when it was ready. I was very, very happy with how it turned out. This was one of the best purchasing experiences I've had in a while. When I need another plow, I will definitely be back here for it. They're an excellent company that makes the experience clean, easy, smooth, and simple. They're all very professional, helpful, and upfront. They stand behind all that they say they will deliver. Donovan Equipment put a new plow on the truck. This is actually the second time I've had Donovan put on a plow on my truck and it's still on the first truck that I sold. I've had good luck with my truck and my plow. Fisher makes good products and I did shop around before I went with Donovan but I didn't like the way the others were constructed. They seemed very cheap and for what I do, wouldn't hold up for what I expect from a plow. They did a very good job. The sales guy was also very good. He gave me several options to look at and he had a good, friendly atmosphere with the walk-in and greeting. I'm very happy with the service I got.
