I only gave them one star because that was the lowest they had! It should have been no stars since this dealership is the biggest rip off I have ever been to! They pressure and intimidate you into buying a car. Told the salesman repeatedly I wanted to think it over but he would not return my keys and title to my car I was trying to trade it. Finance will do anything to get you a loan, even selling it to a sub prime lender after telling you they can get you a ""good"" loan. Don't believe anything they tell you because it probably isn't true! All they care about is themselves and not the customer. Once the deal is over, you might as well consider yourself a second class citizen because that's how you will be treated. Wish i had NEVER gone to Peoria Ford. Totally stressed out experience. AVOID at all costs!!
