I only gave them one star because that was the lowest they had! It should have been no stars since this dealership is the biggest rip off I have ever been to! They pressure and intimidate you into buying a car. Told the salesman repeatedly I wanted to think it over but he would not return my keys and title to my car I was trying to trade it. Finance will do anything to get you a loan, even selling it to a sub prime lender after telling you they can get you a ""good"" loan. Don't believe anything they tell you because it probably isn't true! All they care about is themselves and not the customer. Once the deal is over, you might as well consider yourself a second class citizen because that's how you will be treated. Wish i had NEVER gone to Peoria Ford. Totally stressed out experience. AVOID at all costs!! more

Having just completed my first year in MBA school funds are tighter than usual so instead of taking my vehicle into the service shop I asked the parts individual what part would fix my problem with my flashers. I went ahead and purchased the part thinking I had fixed the problem. I put in the part and the problem persisted. I went back to return and ask what else I might try to fix the problem and was informed that there are no returns on electronic items. After doing more research I found that I had been sold one of two parts that would fix the problem (it happened to be the more expensive one ~$160. I understand the policy when purchased, but will definitely not be back to purchase the Ford Raptor I want when I graduate. I guess $160 was an adequate amount to lose a customer for life... Just be aware of their return policies, because they are very strict and definitely not customer service oriented! I would recommend Bell Ford not too far away. I have had good experiences there. more

I strongly recommend if you are looking for a car that you try this place. They staff their is exceptionally helpful but not in a super annoying . more

Bought my vehicle from Sunset Ford and had a GREAT experience. The salesperson knew ALOT about the product and treated us with respect. We were asked to buy a car, but not PRESSURED! After the sale, our service experiences were also GREAT! Sunset Ford's Service Advisor goes over a ""multi-point"" inspection sheet with us and doesn't try to SELL us anything that is not needed.
