I took my 2004 Jaguar to have heated seats installed and they did but by the next day there was a fuse blown and the backup warning device and new seats wouldn't work and the back panels kept popping off the seats so I took it the next Friday(44 miles) and they put it on a different fuse and said they promised that the backs wouldn't pop off again, well the seats work but the panels keep coming off so I called charles yesterday and after this conversation he told me that the clips that hold the panels were not the correct ones but if we would bring it back by he could glue it back on. after this talk he told me he wouldn't do anything for me and hung up on me. Does this sound like a pro shop to you!!!!!!!! I wouldn't take a garbage truck in there every again.
