good work, bad price 3/2/2012

good knowledge and good workmanship; however price was confirmed by owner yet they tacked on additional $15 for shop supplies. When I asked about it I was told the additional $15 was a standard practice and a requirement from the owner for all work. He acknowledged it was an add to the original quote. more

Customer Satisfaction is a joke!!!!!!!!!! 10/27/2011

I took my 2004 Jaguar to have heated seats installed and they did but by the next day there was a fuse blown and the backup warning device and new seats wouldn't work and the back panels kept popping off the seats so I took it the next Friday(44 miles) and they put it on a different fuse and said they promised that the backs wouldn't pop off again, well the seats work but the panels keep coming off so I called charles yesterday and after this conversation he told me that the clips that hold the panels were not the correct ones but if we would bring it back by he could glue it back on. after this talk he told me he wouldn't do anything for me and hung up on me. Does this sound like a pro shop to you!!!!!!!! I wouldn't take a garbage truck in there every again. more

Opps...We're Closed 7/5/2011

I went in on 6/25/11 and got an estimate. People were friendly and seem knowledgeable. I spoke with Todd Landers. I got a quote which seemed reasonable. I could not get the work done that day because I had other plans. I spoke with Todd to let him know I would be coming back the following Saturday, 7/2/11, and he said the best time would be to get there when they open 10:30. When I came back the next Saturday, 7/2/11, they were closed. I do realize it was a holiday weekend. After calling back on Tuesday they explained that on Friday 7/1/11 they decided to be closed on Saturday. I do understand being closed for the holidays, but I do not understand closing at the last minute. When I called back I spoke with both the owner and Todd neither seemed to be to concerned that I was told they would be open on 7/2/11 and showed up during the posted hours and no one was there. more

Exceptional service and value. Most honest car repair ever 10/27/2009

Charles repaired upholstery on my 2003 Eclipse as well as advising me of how to prolong the life of the convertible roof. Most recently the roof was flooding into the drivers door through my speakers. The dealer advised a several hundred dollar repair. Charles, the owner suggested I use a an of compressed air to clear the drains on the convertible frame. Problem solved at no cost as I had cans of compressed air to keep my computer clean. Saved my expensive stereo speakers as well. When I need any trim work, and I know the roof will need to be replaced at some point, Marietta trim will do the job. By the way there is a product available through Marietta Trim which all convertible owners should be applying to their tops to extend the life and looks of their rag tops. I have never taken the time to sin g the praises of a company. But then, I have never dealt with a man like Charles with any car issue Pros: Owner Charles saved me hundreds of dollars twice Cons: I have yet to experience a con from this business more

Honest appraisals and Extremely Fair Pricing For all Interior/Exterior Trim Repairs and Upgrades 12/29/2008

I went to have my headliner cover replaced. Got a great price and even better service upfront and when I paid for the work at the end. Also got some great tips on how to keep my car's vinyl trim and parts in tip-top sharp. The owner and his team seem more interested in helping me than selling me stuff.\r \r They carry top-notch products to keep a car's leather and vinyl in great shape for the long-haul.\r Some of the brands you can't get at the Auto Stores or Wal-Mart.\r \r If you plan on keeping your car for a couple more years, you'd be crazy not to check these guys out to learn \r how little it costs to restore interior and exterior trim stuff. Pros: They know what they are doing and spend time helping you make good decisions more

You can count on great service from Marietta Auto Trim 2/15/2008

My 10 year old 4Runner had tears in the leather seats and I brought it here for repair. It took one day and they matched the leather perfectly. Beautiful work was done (I can believe I ever cosidered seat covers) and very reasonable. In addition, the owner taught me some tricks to make the rest of my leather seats look brand new. He was right! This company is polite, professional, and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. more

Not the best place or work 8/1/2007

Just returned from picking up my Tahoe with it's newly installed headliner. Installation was (admitted by the owner) accomplished by a first time installer. The installer admitted he was a sewing machine operator and had never installed a headliner before in his life. As you can imagine, the headliner looked exactly as you would expect. The sun visors were really a mess, the seams on the side, were gapped open and you could see the glue had not held in a lot of places. The small extensions in the ends of the sun visors would not pull out, they were glued in. When I showed this to the owner, he lit into me w/ the ""f word"" and ""Gd"" as if I was one of his employees. I know this, because I had to endure the ""discussion"" he had with the employees who did the work.\r \r The owner did however, without my asking, reduce the final price. What I ended up with is a poorly installed headliner w/ glue spots on it and wrinkles around the edges. You can tell the installer really worked hard on it, because it's also dirty in places. The sun visors still look pretty bad, but they did get the extensions unstuck. This is a pretty rough place as well. In addition to having to listen to the owner chew me and his employees out, I also had to listen to the only female in the office tell some of the other employees how she disliked one of the other guys because he was 'gross' and was always scratching himself.\r \r Not recommended at all, especially for ladies. I would suggest looking elsewhere.\r \r UPDATE: Here it is, a month later and I have just discovered that it is worse than I thought. The screws have come out of the overhead console and now will not tighten as they should. Also, both pieces of window trim on the rear window are broken down in the screw holes and have come loose. Great workmanship! Pros: came highly recommended Cons: read the riview - visit at your own risk! more
