We've used Molly Maids for almost two years now twice a month and once to prepare for a gathering at our home. While from time time something may be overlooked, it's always something minor. I've used about 5-6 different cleaning companies, both franchised and ""mom & pop,"" over the years and they are by far the most consistent and detail-oriented.\r

In regard to customer service, they once discovered they had not accurately calcuated the price for our home and considered adjusting it. We talked on the phone and they agreed to keep us at the lower rate. Also, the ladies who clean often leave sweet notes in our kitchen or arrange my son's stuffed animals on his bed to greet him when he gets home. \r

I've enjoyed their service and would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone.
