I recently placed a large order for candy bars. However a sales person messed up my order. Upon discovery I contacted the company within the first hour of picking up my order, and was told that there was nothing that they could do. The rep. stated that the order was amended, however no one informed me or asked what my new choices would be. And when I asked to add to my order, I was told that I would have to purchase another 360 bars and that my existing order cannot be changed. They made the whole process more difficult than it needed to be. I was surprised by the rude customer service representative. I will never place another fundraising order with niagara chocolates.
