Niagara Chocolates

I recently placed a large order for candy bars. However a sales person messed up my order. Upon discovery I contacted the company within the first hour of picking up my order, and was told that there was nothing that they could do. The rep. stated that the order was amended, however no one informed me or asked what my new choices would be. And when I asked to add to my order, I was told that I would have to purchase another 360 bars and that my existing order cannot be changed. They made the whole process more difficult than it needed to be. I was surprised by the rude customer service representative. I have been living in Atlanta, Georgia for 14 years and despite its growing diversity and culture, you cannot find sponge candy anywhere. In fact, people look at me like I am speaking a foreign language when I ask if they have ever had sponge candy or know where I could purchase some. Most of my family resides in Warsaw, NY a smalltown in rural western new york where I grew up, and there are 3 things I have as soon as I arrive for each visit. A sub, a slice of pizza.......and sponge candy!!! My mother just sent me a box of ""Niagara Chocolates"" sponge candy amongst the rest of my birthdays gifts, and it is absolutely the best sponge candy I have ever had!!!! The chocolate is exquisite, simply mouthwatering!!! I will be awaiting the completion of their website and placing an order. Pros: fabulous Cons: none! more
