I asked a co worker who she had clean her home and she recommended Sooner Maid. The first time they came there was still dust on several shelves and dog hair on our floor. I was less than impressed but my co worker insisted to try them again but ask for other girls. When I called to schedule the appointment the manager insisted I would get better service and that they had just let go several girls. I got the same results and so I never used them again. \r

A month later I received a charge on my credit card from Sooner Maid in the amount of their usual service. I called to inquiry about the charges because I know I had paid for the previous service. The woman I spoke with said that who ever was doing the job before didn't do it correctly and didn't charge all the clients so thats what they were doing now. \r

I had no idea they even kept my credit card information! \r
\r
The woman then told me I had to provide evidence that I had paid for the services or else they would not refund my money. After a heated discussion, she called her credit card provider and got ""confirmation"" I had indeed already paid and I was told I would see a refund. \r

I'm still waiting.
