Maid OK

This is the business to go to if you want the experience from Hell. From their maids, to the administration arena, to management, they're a terrible company to work with. They are not a member of the BBB. When we filed a complaint with the BBB, there was nothing the BBB could do after our rebuttle because they are not members. Additionally, they are rude on the phone, they are deceptive and accusatory. Our situation is to long to explain. Please, as a business owner myself, DO NOT use this company. Take your time and look for someone else. I would take them to court if the item broken was worth more than $40.00. The worse part is the inference that my wife was not telling the truth! Fortunately she had a witness, me. Photos aren't any help either if you should have a problem. more

I have used Sooner maids four or five times over the past two years. The service has become very bad. I recently paid $300 for a deep clean. They did not dust the tops of the furniture in the bedroom and other things. Since they guarantee their work they agreed to come out to finish the job. I took off time from work and they did not show up on time. I called and they gave me an excuse of why they were late. The worker called and could not get into the neighborhood although the gate was open. I went to the gate - not there. I called and she hung up. The office was not helpful either. I was irate - my time is valuable and they had wasted two hours of it. After they said I told their worker she was stupid and incompetent (which I certainly did not) they hung up on me. Finally after another call they agreed to give me a refund of half what I had paid. I agreed. After a week it is still not here. I called again and was told ""the check goes out tomorrow"". We will see. This bunch now only takes cash. I wish I still had my $300. They will not get any more of my cash. At least with a credit card you can dispute the charge. more

I asked a co worker who she had clean her home and she recommended Sooner Maid. The first time they came there was still dust on several shelves and dog hair on our floor. I was less than impressed but my co worker insisted to try them again but ask for other girls. When I called to schedule the appointment the manager insisted I would get better service and that they had just let go several girls. I got the same results and so I never used them again. \r \r A month later I received a charge on my credit card from Sooner Maid in the amount of their usual service. I called to inquiry about the charges because I know I had paid for the previous service. The woman I spoke with said that who ever was doing the job before didn't do it correctly and didn't charge all the clients so thats what they were doing now. \r \r I had no idea they even kept my credit card information! \r \r The woman then told me I had to provide evidence that I had paid for the services or else they would not refund my money. After a heated discussion, she called her credit card provider and got ""confirmation"" I had indeed already paid and I was told I would see a refund. \r \r I'm still waiting. more

We paid for a deep clean the other day and were SO disappointed. When we got home to do a walk through, you couldn't even tell maids had been there. There was lint all over the carpet in mulitple rooms and asked them to vacuumn again. The pantry floor was dirty and asked them to sweep it and at that point they got an attiude so we said to go ahead and leave. We proceeded to call the owner who told us that we could pay for them to come back out but thats about all she could do...The girls knocked our shower door off the track and pull off 2 pieces of our crown molding in the kitchen. The microwave wasn't cleaned, the outside of the fridge wasn't cleaned, the blinds and vents weren't even touched even though they bragged about that being part of the deep clean. The hall wasn't mopped and it was obvious...The soap dish in the master shower had scum on it still. Very disappointed in the cleaning and even more disappointed in the customer service. As a fellow business owner, THAT IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS. I also took pictures of the house as soon as I got home and sent them to the email address on the website and never heard back. more

After a horrible experience with another 'maid service' in the OKC area I contacted Sooner Maid for biweekly recurring service on our 1900 square foot home. Kimberly in the main office took detailed info from me to put together an accurate quote. Was assigned a cleaning team while I was on the phone with her, so I know who will be coming each time to the house. When Melissa arrived at the home she had all my instructions including which knick-knacks were fragile, any special info I provided. When they left it was like I had a 100% new home. They even changed the linens on my bed, wiped down my washer/dryer, and handwashed the morning's coffee cups that were left in the kitchen sink. I cannot recommend them enough. Absolutely wonderful. Pros: PROFESSIONAL! Honest, accurate quote, GREAT Cons: Slight more expensive than other services but that's fine more

Don't waste your time or money using Sooner Maid House Cleaning services. I had them come out to do a 4 hour cleaning to dust, vacume, mop, clean the bathrooms, and the kitchen. The bathrooms were not even touched. I could tell that they dusted, but they did not wipe off the counters in the kitchen, and the floor was not cleaned. I spoke to the owner, and she said that she could refund half of my money or have them come out for another cleaning. I scheduled to have them re-do the job, and they never even showed up. \r This is no way to run a business!!! more

Hired Sooner Maids for deep cleaning for estimated 7 hours to take down cobwebs, clean light fixtures, clean ceiling fans, vents, wood blinds, top of cabinets, then to vacuum/mop. Not only did they not take down the cobwebs (have pictures) they also did not clean the light fixtures (have pictures) nor did they clean the ceiling fans well (have pictures)\r They sent someone out (I believe maybe the owner) and told the girls to do it again. She agreed they would do the job right and that they would do the rest of the house correctly. I heard her tell them to check each others work and we agreed that if there was any problem call and she would come back and fix it. We left forgot some papers returned after about 25 minutes one was outside smoking and the other was missing. We left came back at approx 5:20 and found they had finished. We went and looked at the kitchen and called immediately. They said they could not come right away they could not leave for 30 minutes (picking up their son) I asked if they could come in an hour and a half because we needed to take our 2 1/2 year old for something to eat. No it would be in 30 minutes so we waited after some time passed she called back and said she wasn't coming. Offered 2 hours off and we said no either send someone out who will clean it correctly or we would consider paying half since they did less than half.
