I have never seen a company treat people so poorly. I'm convinced they are scamming us out of our $$$. We purchased a part for $1395, but the company said it was declined. According to our bank, they attempted the transaction twice. The first transaction was approved but the second was declined (who can afford to pay that kind of money twice?) Meanwhile, the company is trying to sell the part while we get this figured out. Allen, (the owner?) told me that I'll be embarrassed in the morning when the bank releases the funds and that if we had our banking affairs in order we would not be having this issue. Please share this with everyone - people need to be warned.
