I never write these things, but Ira and Jay were so helpful with my in ground pool purchase, Reds Pools asked I write this for them and was hapy to oblige. I installed an inground pool and saved a lot on money. The technical support from Jay was top shelf, even my installer was impressed with the experience and insight and helpful hints we received. My Pool was installed in the Summer and it is now closed with a safety cover that Reds sold and I cant wait til next summer. I find it hard to believe anyone had trouble with Reds. \r
