DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They have an ""F"" RATING with BBB. There have been 8 complaints filed with BBB in the past 12 MONTHS!!!\r
Wish I had read other online reviews of this company before purchasing from them!! Worst experience of my LIFE. I ordered $2600 Patio Furniture on June 1st, 2011 -the online order form AND Check Out form both stated it would be delivered in FIVE to NINE DAYS. I FINALLY received my furniture on September 12th. That's right - AFTER SUMMER WAS OVER. At one point we thought the company went out of business and we would NEVER receive our furniture. The so called ""Customer Service"" dept (I've learned now there ISN'T ONE) never returned a phone call or email. If you call the 800 number it rings and rings -no one ever answers the phone -it ridiculous. The one employee I did manage to reach,Jay Katz at extension 3501 was horribly rude and cursed at me. My attorney (YES, I had to hire an attorney) thinks this business is going under and this is why many of their problems exist. The only way I was able to finally get my furniture was by following my attorneys advice, and calling the owner -Ira Weinstein on his personal cell phone multiple times. Again -WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!\r
