I sent a pair of jeans for alternation (to shorten the legs) to this dry cleaner on 10/10/2011. I found out that one leg was slightly longer than the other one, so I went back immediately to tell the owner. To my surprise, she would not agree with me and argued with me that she was right. She said that maybe my legs were not the same length. I was totally shocked to hear that. How could she be so rude to a customer? I was very angry and told her I would NEVER come back again. I am totally disgusted by her attitude.
