Rude and Bad Service 10/12/2011

I sent a pair of jeans for alternation (to shorten the legs) to this dry cleaner on 10/10/2011. I found out that one leg was slightly longer than the other one, so I went back immediately to tell the owner. To my surprise, she would not agree with me and argued with me that she was right. She said that maybe my legs were not the same length. I was totally shocked to hear that. How could she be so rude to a customer? I was very angry and told her I would NEVER come back again. I am totally disgusted by her attitude. more

06/07/2007: EXCEPTIONAL in every way a cleaners can be. I've been going to this cleaners for 6 years and the owner/operator is committed to her customers. I'm picky about my clothes and Julie, owner, is patient and helpful. This cleaners also offers professional tailoring and does beautiful work. Julie even crocheted the brim of a straw hat that was unraveling by hand. Julie can do it all! The rates here are exceptionally low too, an added plus! Pros: Exceptional dry cleaning difficult fabrics and excellent customer service! Cons: Absolutely none more
