I, along with my landscaper, bought 11 plants and 2 trees from this nursery. Talked with 3 different sales persons extensively during that time. They were very helpful. Two plants died over the next 3 months. I dug them up and took them back. Cashier told me they would only give me 50% of my money back because we didn't use their root developer and fertilizer. I told her nobody told me that at the time. She said ""Then somebody neglected their duty."" 4 employees, including the cashier that checked me out, didn't bring that up. That's 100% failure on their part. Oh and when a customer walks up to the register, don't say hi and then walk away leaving him to search for somebody else to help him with 2 other employees nearby also ignoring him. There was only 1 other customer in the store at the time. I won't be a returning customer. more
