Dr. Amy and her entire staff are by far one of the best practices in town!! I recommend them to everyone I know and do so happily. I started as a patient of Dr. Harper's when she was at another practice and fell in love with the way she treats patients. She honestly believes in getting to know you and what your needs/concerns are and takes as much time as you need. I knew when she started her own practice that I would follow her anywhere. I have a very strong prescription which sometimes makes finding the right glasses challenging. Her staff goes out of their way to make sure that you are getting the right frame for your prescription and understands when you are uncomfortable wearing such thick lenses. I was so impressed by Charisse's knowledge of frames and lenses that she actually picked out my last frames and I love them!! They have always been 100% upfront about all the expenses before I ever made a purchase. I actually had a similar experience as MrsCustomer - we were trying to find new contacts to work with my changing vision and one set just didn't work out - was dizzy and getting headaches. I can say that there is where our experience differs. Dr. Harper called me back immediately and saw me the very next day and worked with me to get the proper contact lenses - which took a few tries and NEVER charged me for her time to get them right. This is a VERY honest practice and everyone there really does go out of their way to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for an eye doctor I would strongly encourage you to go to Harper Eye Care - it will be the best decision you could make for you and your family!!! They are a much needed addition to the community and I pray that they continue to be Blessed!
