Harper Eye Care

Dr. Amy Harper is the best. I had a serious problem with my eyelid being swollen and infected and she prescribed a medicine to clear it up. I was told it would clear up on the 3rd day and by the 5th I could stop taking the medicine. My eye cleared up on schedule. She is very knowledgeable and I thank her for helping me with my painful eye problem. Thanks again, Dr. Harper more

Trusting my vision to Dr. Amy Harper and her staff is by far one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Dr. Harper is beyond knowledgeable and her state of the art office is outstanding! She takes the time to get to know her patients as people and not dollar signs. Her staff goes above and beyond to make sure that your experience at Harper Eye Care is a great one from beginning to end. I just cannot say enough great things about this practice. The rating scale is correct ""run, don't walk"" to Harper Eye Care. You will be so glad that you did! more

Dr. Amy and her entire staff are by far one of the best practices in town!! I recommend them to everyone I know and do so happily. I started as a patient of Dr. Harper's when she was at another practice and fell in love with the way she treats patients. She honestly believes in getting to know you and what your needs/concerns are and takes as much time as you need. I knew when she started her own practice that I would follow her anywhere. I have a very strong prescription which sometimes makes finding the right glasses challenging. Her staff goes out of their way to make sure that you are getting the right frame for your prescription and understands when you are uncomfortable wearing such thick lenses. I was so impressed by Charisse's knowledge of frames and lenses that she actually picked out my last frames and I love them!! They have always been 100% upfront about all the expenses before I ever made a purchase. I actually had a similar experience as MrsCustomer - we were trying to find new contacts to work with my changing vision and one set just didn't work out - was dizzy and getting headaches. I can say that there is where our experience differs. Dr. Harper called me back immediately and saw me the very next day and worked with me to get the proper contact lenses - which took a few tries and NEVER charged me for her time to get them right. This is a VERY honest practice and everyone there really does go out of their way to make you feel welcome. If you are looking for an eye doctor I would strongly encourage you to go to Harper Eye Care - it will be the best decision you could make for you and your family!!! They are a much needed addition to the community and I pray that they continue to be Blessed! more

I started going to Dr Harper over 5 years ago, every since I have received nothing but the best service an eye care provider could offer. My husband got a piece of metal in his eye and Dr Harper insisted he come to see her right then even though it was out of business hours. It was on a Friday night and we were just going to wait till Monday however she knew that anything could happen over the weekend and leaving the metal in there could damage his eye. I know several people who use Harper Eye care even outside of my own family and they have received excellent service as well. This year my daughter started kindergarten and we scheduled her first eye exam. I was nervous on how she would do but Amy is great with kids and my daughter wasn more

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dr. Harper is the most amazing Doctor-professionally and personally. Whenever I'm in her office, I feel like I'm amongst friends instead of being ""just a patient."" Dr. Harper doesn't just come in the exam, sit down, do your testing and leave. She talks to you-she knows about my life...and remembers it! She's amazing. And one of the most beautiful people I know inside and out. She's a WONDERFUL example of a Christian and she's proud to display that in her office and outside. Three words. Best. Doctor. Ever. more

Anyone and everyone that I know that is looking for an eye professional, I tell them about Dr. Harper and Harper Eye Care. She has a real passion in caring for people's eyesight and goes above and beyond what most any other eye doctor will do. My husband and I are both patients as well as my parents. My parents switched their eye doctor because of Dr. Harper's experience with diabetic eye care. Recently my 6 year old daughter became a patient and again Dr. Harper is fantastic with even the young children. I am privileged to call Dr. Harper and Overton Harper a friend as well as some of the staff at Harper Eye Care and I can never imagine using another eye doctor's office. more

I go out of my way to refer friends, family, co-workers, etc. to Harper Eye Care. Being a patient of Dr. Harper is a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly, highly professional and very knowledgeable. When you see Dr. Harper, you get the sense that she not only cares about you as a patient, but also as a friend. She goes out of her way to make sure you get the very best care, including calling to check on you on the weekend or in the evening if you've had a problem. My entire family including my wife and 3 yr. old little boy are devoted patients of Harper Eye Care and you should be too!
