Wish there was a negative rating. I can't speak for the company itself but I can speak about the technician that we delt with on 2 different occasions regarding the same issue. Rude, not helpful, and flat out disrespectful to the clients. If you get Martin as your tech I would go ahead and call and request a different person because he is NOT going to help or solve the problem. In fact, he will leave with you practically begging him to stay and wait for your contact to call his boss. Absolutely ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
