As mdwyer1 said, the office staff is nasty and unprofessional. I have been a patient of Dr. Dickinson's since I was in high school. Like the ratings before, I was a true fan of this practice. However, since this new office opened, getting an appointment with Dr. Dickinson is nearly impossible. The doctors you are redirected to are resident doctors who fumble through the appointments. TAnd this fumbling only comes after you spend literally hours [the last two times I'd been there I waited 2 hours and 10 mins and 1 hour 35 mins] to be seen. These doctors have given me the wrong perscriptions, misdiagnosed simple illnesses, and even gave me a pregnancy test when I was complaining of strep throat (that was after I had told the doctor I just had my period two days prior!) He had told me I could never be sure. Unless you can guarantee to see Dickinson and avoid the office staff completely, please find someone else to take CARE of you!
