(No star!) Premier Auto Credit and their Repo Representatives have very poor customer service. They have no work ethics. 09/15/11 I called Premier Auto and informed them of my current situation: unemployed for one year, student, and homeless for a month due to increase of rent and decrease of finances. PAC requested that I come to their office, Fri. 09/23/11 to rewrite the contract {lower payments and; extended time} to pay off the car, & the payment. PAC also agreed to postpone the repossession. Both Rep and I agreed. Fri. 09/16 early a.m my car was gone. I called PAC @ 8am Mr. Gonzalez told me not to bother/call his staff until he had a sip of his coffee, I'm calling too early, do I understand the words coming out of his mouth? {In his Chris Tucker Voice} Caesar Gonzalez case manager was discourteous, very unprofessional: Hung up in my face three times. I found out PAC repossessed my car by the Police Dept. (Calling to report the car stolen) Reconsider your auto loan at PAC!
