NEVER EVER GET A LOAN FROM THESE PEOPLE.\r \r very rude, ignorant, ghetto if that makes any sense. They forget how they make money. From their clients, not from free money.. Beware Ben said he is the man from premier auto credit. Ben is his name. Probably fake. When buying a car never use premier auto finance ever! more

were are you really located I found 3 separate address for this same business with the same phone number?? And were did our loan payment go??? you say you did not receive it yet our money orders were cashed?? whats up with that?? more

No star ....hey are not getting any stars from me. I had a family issue come up in December and I called PAC before they even called me to let them know that I did and because of the holidays I would be a little late. All my payments have like a 10 day window before I get a late fee and she calls me this evening (after I already called and told her the payment was in the mail this morning) yelling in the phone saying she knows how people like me are, and hangs up on me. I'm not sure how people do business yelling at people who are suppose to give them money. I'm reporting them to the BBB and I have the call saved luckily on my phone. She would not even let me speak and you could tell she was some type of foreign lady without much of an education. I will be sleeping in my car to avoid them trying to rob me in the night. more

(No star!) Premier Auto Credit and their Repo Representatives have very poor customer service. They have no work ethics. 09/15/11 I called Premier Auto and informed them of my current situation: unemployed for one year, student, and homeless for a month due to increase of rent and decrease of finances. PAC requested that I come to their office, Fri. 09/23/11 to rewrite the contract {lower payments and; extended time} to pay off the car, & the payment. PAC also agreed to postpone the repossession. Both Rep and I agreed. Fri. 09/16 early a.m my car was gone. I called PAC @ 8am Mr. Gonzalez told me not to bother/call his staff until he had a sip of his coffee, I'm calling too early, do I understand the words coming out of his mouth? {In his Chris Tucker Voice} Caesar Gonzalez case manager was discourteous, very unprofessional: Hung up in my face three times. I found out PAC repossessed my car by the Police Dept. (Calling to report the car stolen) Reconsider your auto loan at PAC! more

*I gave it a 1 star rating only because the system would not let me submit my review with out it, not because they deserve it***I've had my auto loan here for the past 28 months. I've had problems in the past with late fee charges. One's I submitted a payment online via check. I specifically stated it was my husband's checking account so they should submit it with his information, ( his name, his address, his account number) for MY monthly payment. As it had been paid like so previously I saw no issue. Later on they informed me the check had not gone through due to insufficient funds. I checked with my bank and saw a copy of the payment submitted....MY name, MY address, HIS account number. I called to clear out the mess. They never accepted their responsibility for it and charged me a late fee PLUS insufficient amount fee! I paid as I had no other choice. Nobody there would help me. Not even the manager! I have a couple of payments left and NOW they claim I have accumulated late fees and/or interest. Nobody in their office was able to explain efficiently why the fees, keeped getting transferres, keeped getting different stories, and keeped getting hanged up on. If theirs another finance company who will give you credit, please take it! Or inhouse your loan. It's much better than dealing with this for a couple of years. It's so unfair how some finance companies always try and take advantage. Sorry I forgot to say, the manager who I spoke to rewarding my account was Louis EXT. 370. He instructed the representatives not to give me a last name, so I won't be able to say that much. PLUS he was rude and hanged up on me. Really, it's the staff the ones who make or break a company. The only good thing I can say is that their other manager JOSE MEDRANO EXT.366 is the only one with courtesy towards the customers and actually returned my phone call AND offered to help. Regardless of the outcome, the attention is truly appreciated. 5 stars for him! more
