The repairman was prompt, efficient, and skilled. I am very happy with the service and work, but I was a bit shocked that there was a $25 "bookwork" fee charged, on top of the hourly charge, because I was a first time customer. This fee was NOT disclosed when the owner went over prices with me prior to booking the repair job.
