Ben Bloch came to my house and checked my gas furnace, he told me that he would come back the next day to change a part. But he did not show up, both my husband and myself just waited for him for a whole day because we did not know when he came back. I called him and he did not respond. Then in the next weeks, I called him 8 times and left many many messages, he simply did not response! There was one time that I reached his wife, she told me that it might take days to order parts from manufacture, dah, that's okay but at least he should return my calls. At this time when I am writing, he still did not call me. I've NEVER EVER seen this unprofessional!!
