I have used this company a number of times. Their service seems to be going down hill. They do good work, but very fast, doesn't seem to be a lot of time put in for the money. Once you are a customer of theirs, they are very pushy with the sales calls, trying to sell you more and more services, calling frequently and not taking no for an answer. They were due here between 10 and 11 today. On the phone, they told me about 6 times, they GUARANTEE they will be here by 11. At 11:15 they called to say they are on their way. That was an hour ago. The last time they said they would be here in the AM, I waited 6 hours past when they said they would come. It means sitting home doing nothing, because I'm afraid I will miss the doorbell if I'm out in the yard or in the basement. This is the last time I use them. I will tell them to take me off their list.
