We had American Glass replace glass windows in our front office in August. It is now the end of October and they have still not completed the job. They did not start the job until the beginning of October. They don't return phone calls or emails and then when they do they are very rude. They keep giving you the run around. I would never use this company again. The work they did do is poor work. They claim they are so busy and can not get out there. I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
