I desperately wish I had read these reviews first and done further research. Better Business Bureau gave them an F. Three people recommended them for a replacement of a shattered crystal on a watch. All three mentioned speaking with an older gentlemen who was very nice. He must not be with the company an longer. I brought my watch in on a Friday, and they said they could not give an estimate on repairs until the following Tuesday. I asked if they could give me the range for this type of repair. Nope. I should have left immediately. On Thursday after not hearing from them, I called to get a $52 estimate which is more than double what they used to charge and the part is only $1.00. After I declined the repair 5 times, I had to go through an act of congress to get my watch back. They wanted to call me back with an estimated date to pick my unrepaired watch up. What? I insisted on picking it up immediately. After going in circles, I demanded that my watch be available within 24 hours. Finally, the ""owner"" called me back and said the repairman had to put my watch back together. Why in the heck would a watch repairman have to take my watch apart to tell me how much it would cost to replace the crystal? Either way, I insisted on picking it up in pieces. She said that was not good customer service which was surprising because my whole experience terribly uncomfortable. I can't imagine they will survive much longer with their undisclosed and very strange ""policies"", excessive prices, and pressure tactics once you refuse the repair.
