I am so disgusted with this co. that I actually signed up for an account just so I could share it with everyone. No matter what time you call, you never get a live person. You are routed directly to voice mail for each employee and even when you dial there extension you don't get a person. I called last week and still no call back. This kind of service is what contributes to the housing crash. If buyers and sellers can't get the info they need - units do not sell. How about an email address if u don't want to answer the phone! more
