As a realtor we are required to deal with management companies on behalf of our clients. One of my clients was purchasing a condo with his brother. They each paid $150 for the application. One buyer's credit was not acceptable to the association, so they asked me to have that buyer removed from contract. We did just that. Then they had the nerve to charge the one buyer another $150 for his application, although we submitted an exact copy of the first one. $450.00 for one applicant.
