Whitney has been doing my hair for about 6 months, while she is a talented young stylist, I am afraid she has real bad days and almost dislikes her customers on those days. She not only did NOT return my greeting and inquiry as to her well being, she snapped at me for the choices I was making in regard to my OWN hair, and then to top it off, she informed me that I was coming in too soon, as it had only been four weeks! Surely, she could have gotten her points across while not spoiling my salon experience. Being a business woman myself, no matter how talented you may be, WITHOUT customer service your success will be short lived. After truly not enjoying my morning off at the salon, I will not be returning, nor will I refer my many friends to her salon (which are all professional local women), the owners are real sour puss' in my opinion! not worth the experience at all as there are many fine stylists out there with personality to boot!
