Perhaps the woman who said customer service was terrible had been there some time ago or she was in a bad mood herself when she arrived. That store is very busy for a reason.
I have always had a good experience. Even in the case when my glasses had to be remade due to a Rx error, they were courteous and helpful. Many issues can be at play when there is a mistake. Brett is a great manager (I'm sure his position is more than that) and our family will continue to get our glasses made there.
