Just wanted to say I was in the area for business and my glasses shattered. I just went in and asked if they could fix them and they did, while I waited, took twenty minutes and they were fixed. Awesome emergency service. more

I went here for an eye exam, new glasses and perscription sunglasses. I usually go to my optometrist but since I moved Eyeland is more convenient. Dr. Strong water did the best exam I ever had - she was quick and answered all my questions. My vision insurance is not the greatest. Patti went on the computer and spent some time getting me the most coverage. My eye exam and the first pair of glasses only cost me $9.99 total! And they were having a special so I got my sunglass frames for 1/2 off. I usually have a hard time finding frames because I like the latest styles and when I do find frames that I like, they are so expensive. I found frames here right away, and they were perfect and at the second-lowest price in the store. I definitely would recommend this store to anyone. more

Perhaps the woman who said customer service was terrible had been there some time ago or she was in a bad mood herself when she arrived. That store is very busy for a reason. I have always had a good experience. Even in the case when my glasses had to be remade due to a Rx error, they were courteous and helpful. Many issues can be at play when there is a mistake. Brett is a great manager (I'm sure his position is more than that) and our family will continue to get our glasses made there. Give a smile - get a smile! more

Worst experience at an eye doctor EVER had !! The doctor IS very very rude and talks down to you . The people at the front let you sit there for an half hour before they even ask if you need assistance! Just a bad experience over all! NOT recommended for children .... more

I started going to the eyeland office several years ago and have always had great experiences. The manager is always on top of things and very fast about your paper work. Dr. Snyder is a friendly doctor and is quick with the exams, I never spend a lot of time in the waiting room or in the offices. This place is first come first served and by a appointment unless you have a real emergency. When i scratched my left cornea with a contact lens they got me in right away and took care of me. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone. more

I will never, ever come here again. First of all, the doctor is RUDE. I probaly earn 10 times more than him, yet he treated me like I was very low because I asked him what the cost of the lens were. He was just so rude. Then, the over the counter people were just so HORRIBLE! They do not help you, they seem like they do not want to be there...but then again, who would want to work at an eye store. These people are horrible, low class, and never again will I buy contacts or have an eye exam done by these people. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone not even an enemy of mine! Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING! more
