They completely misled the Green Bay community with their recent Groupon, and when I called them, was basically told, "too bad." They condemned our furnace just to try to sell us a new one; we got quotes from other heating companies who were appalled with how they left our furnace disassembled.

Thank you for purchasing the Groupon for 50 off a furnace tune up performed at your home on September 21st. As you know, we condemned your furnace for a bad heat exchanger. Thats something that no one wants to hear. Ive looked at the pictures of your furnace and the furnace was in very bad condition. For your safety and by law, we must shut down and disable the furnace as a carbon monoxide hazard may result from this condition. Then we gave you an estimate to replace the furnace so you can make a decision as to what you wanted to do. Today is November 4th, over a month after we were at your home and you are disputing a small invoice for state tax and truck fee as per our agreement with Groupon. Hopefully, you get your situation resolved and have a warm and comfortable winter.
