It seemed our house was particularly cool one morning. We replaced the filters and then noticed the furnace would shut off randomly. We placed a call to Healthy Home Heating and Cooling and within a couple hours they had someone over to look at the problem. We had a major crack and the furnace needed to be replaced. The next morning we had a new furnace installed. It was great working with them and we'll recommend them in the future. more

The response time to my problem with my furnace was excellent and found the problem to be a bee's nest in the intake pipe outside. Who would have thought that could have been the problem? He checked out the furnace electrically and mechanically and found it to be working correctly but continued to stay and work until finding the actual problem and fix it. They completely misled the Green Bay community with their recent Groupon, and when I called them, was basically told, "too bad." They condemned our furnace just to try to sell us a new one; we got quotes from other heating companies who were appalled with how they left our furnace disassembled. RESPONSE FROM Healthy Home Heating & Cooling: Thank you for purchasing the Groupon for 50 off a furnace tune up performed at your home on September 21st. As you know, we condemned your furnace for a bad heat exchanger. Thats something that no one wants to hear. Ive looked at the pictures of your furnace and the furnace was in very bad condition. For your safety and by law, we must shut down and disable the furnace as a carbon monoxide hazard may result from this condition. Then we gave you an estimate to replace the furnace so you can make a decision as to what you wanted to do. Today is November 4th, over a month after we were at your home and you are disputing a small invoice for state tax and truck fee as per our agreement with Groupon. Healthy Home staff were quick to answer my call and dispatch someone to fix my furnace. While it was being fixed they placed some warming units around the house to warm things up even though they had it repaired quickly.
