Sears Outlet online: Appalling shopping experience from A to Z. I ordered a patio set that I was to receive in 3-4 weeks and it never came. After nearly 10 phone calls, that I placed, I got the run-around and received excuses about the shipping company, the carrier involved, etc. They took my number each time and promised a return call once they looked into it, but my phone never rang.
