Sears Outlet online: Appalling shopping experience from A to Z. I ordered a patio set that I was to receive in 3-4 weeks and it never came. After nearly 10 phone calls, that I placed, I got the run-around and received excuses about the shipping company, the carrier involved, etc. They took my number each time and promised a return call once they looked into it, but my phone never rang. It turns out they (not sure which party was responsible) LOST my patio set. At this point, a simple refund would have ended this disaster, but the customer service reps continued to offer no support and no money in my account.
