I brought in an clarinet for a complete repad. His website said it will have a playing condition as well as all new pads and all new corks. I should've looked at it before picking it up but his shop is in his house and I felt pressured to not hang around. I took it out after I got home and some of the pads looked used, none of the key corks or tenon corks were replaced and the keys weren't polished. I called him and he was extremely rude and he argued with me saying that it had a repad. I chose not to take it back there and I'll just pursue it through the courts. I decided to take it to an actual repair shop with an experienced technician.
