I called White Pine Lumber yesterday looking for a product and the receptionist who answered the phone put me on hold as she said I needed to talk to a customer service representative. I waited for 10 minutes and finally hung up. Service like that during these hard times to make a dollar. No Thanks. I called 84 Lumber in Clovis, Ca and got all the help I needed in a timely manner.
