I called White Pine Lumber yesterday looking for a product and the receptionist who answered the phone put me on hold as she said I needed to talk to a customer service representative. I waited for 10 minutes and finally hung up. Service like that during these hard times to make a dollar. No Thanks. I called 84 Lumber in Clovis, Ca and got all the help I needed in a timely manner. There selection is unsurpassed here in the valley. Usually if they have good selection they do not have good service- here, they had knowledgeable employees who really took time to explain to me the different options I had. I will be coming back! more

White Pine Lumber...Great Service 5/26/2005

This company really excells. They have a great selection of different kids of hardwoods. I especially like the fact that they offer custom milling and will do special orders. They are very friendly and courteous. more
