In two years of service with this company, I've had repeated run-ins with a petulant, childish customer service representative, unfriendly payment policies, and most of all, an over-arching indifference to problems or issues I've got with the service. It's picking up garbage, for god's sake -- it's not building a cold-fusion reactor. How hard is it?? Answer: Apparently too hard for EDS. The good reviews sound suspiciously like they're planted -- and my early experience with another provider has been much better. If you're new to the area and looking for a provider -- keep looking.
