Went into this shop after looking for a reasonably priced watch to replace my broken Omega Seamaster. Was shown a Seiko Automatic and that is where the hell began. These crooks misrepresented the grade of the watch caliber (movement) and provided me with an artificially high MSRP on which to begin negotiations. Since the price was well under that of a new Omega or Rolex and the watch looked good for general day to day use I went with thier suckers deal. Lets just say the deal I thought was good turned out to be a royal screw job- Retail at somewhere like Sears for example is 1/3 that of even the "great deal" they gave me. I managed to order one online from from a Seiko Dealer at 1/5 the price of Precision, had is at my door in two days and even recieved a personalized thank you letter. Now back to the Precision drama- yes the prior reviews are correct- THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE "ROYALTY", UNTIL THEY GET YOUR MONEY- then it's "screw you". After realizing I had a watch that was overpriced and misrepresented I went back to seek a refund- no dice. Thier return policy is written to be interpreted in any way they see fit to deny you. The buzz word "altered" is the main point- they claim because the tags were removed it was altered and "non-returnable". Also claimed "sale items" were non-returnable- I was unaware I was even getting a "sale" item- I was just doing my customary negotiation (as I was taught years ago- standard mark-up is around 30-35% on any watch of quality) and going from there. Like the prior reviews- they claim returns with no problem- until you actually try to do it. After spouting off above normal speaking level about markup and exactly where to find a lower price I was offered store credit. Why would I want that?- thier diamonds and gems appeared to be greatly over-graded and over priced. After 15 minutes of my wife and infant daughter sitting while I gave them a Clint Eastwood staredown I finally recieved my refund- in cash. I vow never to return there and I will tell anyone that listens to not hand them over one thin dime. Salesmen were rude and seemed to make up rules as they went. Avoid this place at all costs. By the way the saving grace is that I was introduced to a great watch- my Seiko works great. Just don't buy one from these clowns.
