The personal attention is outstanding - as is the quality of work. Most recently Carroll took the time to call me about my plan to replace an engine and was straight-forward about the costs, the pros and the cons. Very few shops will take the time to call you and, for all intents and purposes, talk you out of a job. It is that kind of care and attention, plus the quality of work, that keeps me coming back!
